पूयगर्भानणुद्वारान् व्रणान्मर्मगतानपि । यथोक्तैः पीडनद्रव्यैः समन्तात् परिपीडयेत् ॥४६॥
For wounds containing pus, with narrow openings, and those located near vital organs, they should be compressed all around with the appropriate compressive substances as prescribed.
