स आदृत्यावशिष्टं यद्बहुमानपुरस्कृतम् । तच्च दत्त्वा नमश्चक्रे श्वभ्यः श्वपतये विभुः ।। ९-२१-९ ।।

With great respect, King Rantideva offered the balance of the food to the dogs and the master of the dogs, who had come as guests. The King offered them all respects and obeisances. ।। 9-21-9 ।।

english translation

राजा रन्तिदेव ने अतिथि रूप में आये कुत्तों और कुत्तों के मालिक को अत्यन्त आदरपूर्वक बचा हुआ भोजन दे दिया। राजा ने उनका सभी प्रकार से आदर किया और नमस्कार किया। ।। ९-२१-९ ।।
