यत्पृथिव्यां व्रीहियवं हिरण्यं पशवः स्त्रियः । न दुह्यन्ति मनःप्रीतिं पुंसः कामहतस्य ते ॥ ९-१९-१३ ॥
A person who is lusty cannot satisfy his mind even if he has enough of everything in this world, including rice, barley and other food grains, gold, animals and women. Nothing can satisfy him. ॥ 9-19-13 ॥
english translation
कामी पुरुष का मन कभी तुष्ट नहीं होता भले ही उसे इस संसार की हर वस्तु प्रचुर मात्रा में उपलब्ध क्यों न हो, जैसेकि धान, जौ, अन्य अनाज, सोना, पशु तथा स्त्रियाँ इत्यादि। उसे किसी वस्तु से संतोष नहीं होता। ॥ ९-१९-१३ ॥
