भृत्यलक्षणजिज्ञासुर्भक्तं कामेष्वचोदयत् । भवान् संसारबीजेषु हृदयग्रन्थिषु प्रभो ।। ७-१०-३ ।।

sanskrit

O my worshipable Lord, because the seed of lusty desires, which is the root cause of material existence, is within the core of everyone’s heart, You have sent me to this material world to exhibit the symptoms of a pure devotee. ।। 7-10-3 ।।

english translation

हे मेरे अराध्य देव, चूँकि हर एक के हृदय में भौतिक संसार के मूल कारण कामेच्छाओं का बीज रहता है, अतएव आपने मुझे इस भौतिक जगत में शुद्ध भक्त के लक्षण प्रकट करने के लिए भेजा है। ।। ७-१०-३ ।।
