Srimad Bhagavatam
वेकारं नेत्रयोर्युञ्ज्यान्नकारं सर्वसन्धिषु । मकारमस्त्रमुद्दिश्य मन्त्रमूर्तिर्भवेद्बुधः ॥ ६-८-९ ॥
And the syllable ve between his eyes. The chanter of the mantra should then place the syllable na on all the joints of his body and meditate on the syllable ma as being a weapon. He should thus become the perfect personification of the mantra. ॥ 6-8-9 ॥
english translation
तथा ‘वे’ को नेत्रों के मध्य रखना चाहिए। तब मंत्र जपकर्ता ‘न’ अक्षर को अपने शरीर के समस्त जोड़ों पर रखे और ‘म’ अक्षर को अस्त्र के रूप में ध्यान धरे। इस प्रकार वह साक्षात् मंत्र हो जायेगा। ॥ ६-८-९ ॥
