कृत्तो मे सप्तधा गर्भ आसन् सप्त कुमारकाः । तेऽपि चैकैकशो वृक्णाः सप्तधा नापि मम्रिरे ॥ ६-१८-७२ ॥
First I cut the child in the womb into seven pieces, which became seven children. Then I cut each of the children into seven pieces again. By the grace of the Supreme Lord, however, none of them died. ॥ 6-18-72 ॥
english translation
सर्वप्रथम मैंने गर्भस्थ शिशु को सात खण्डों में काट डाला जिससे सात शिशु बन गये। तब फिर मैंने प्रत्येक शिशु के भी सात सात खण्ड कर दिये। किन्तु परमेश्वर के अनुग्रह से इनमें से कोई भी मरा नहीं। ॥ ६-१८-७२ ॥
