पौलोम्यामिन्द्र आधत्त त्रीन् पुत्रानिति नः श्रुतम् । जयन्तमृषभं तात तृतीयं मीढुषं प्रभुः ॥ ६-१८-७ ॥
O King Parīkṣit, Indra, the King of the heavenly planets and eleventh son of Aditi, begot three sons, named Jayanta, Ṛṣabha and Mīḍhuṣa, in the womb of his wife, Paulomī. Thus we have heard. ॥ 6-18-7 ॥

हे राजा परीक्षित! अदिति के ग्यारहवें पुत्र एवं स्वर्गलोक के राजा इन्द्र की पत्नी पौलोमी के गर्भ से जयन्त, ऋषभ तथा मीढुष नामक तीन पुत्र उत्पन्न हुए। ऐसा हमने सुना है। ॥ ६-१८-७ ॥
