तेभ्यो हिरण्यं रजतं वासांस्याभरणानि च । ग्रामान् हयान् गजान् प्रादाद्धेनूनामर्बुदानि षट् ।। ६-१४-३४ ।।

sanskrit

Unto the brāhmaṇas who took part in the ritualistic ceremony the King gave charity of gold, silver, garments, ornaments, villages, horses and elephants, as well as sixty crores of cows [six hundred million cows]. ।। 6-14-34 ।।

english translation

राजा ने इस अनुष्ठान में भाग लेने वाले समस्त ब्राह्मणों को दान में सोना, चाँदी, वस्त्र, आभूषण, गाँव, घोड़े, हाथी और साठ करोड़ गौएँ दीं। ।। ६-१४-३४ ।।
