पुलहस्य गतिर्भार्या त्रीनसूत सती सुतान् । कर्मश्रेष्ठं वरीयांसं सहिष्णुं च महामते ॥ ४-१-३८ ॥

Gati, the wife of the sage Pulaha, gave birth to three sons, named Karmaśreṣṭha, Varīyān and Sahiṣṇu, and all of them were great sages. ॥ 4-1-38 ॥

english translation

पुलह ऋषि की पत्नी गति ने तीन पुत्रों को जन्म दिया, जिनके नाम थे—कर्मश्रेष्ठ, वरीयान तथा सहिष्णु। ये सभी महान् साधु थे। ॥ ४-१-३८ ॥

pulahasya gatirbhAryA trInasUta satI sutAn । karmazreSThaM varIyAMsaM sahiSNuM ca mahAmate ॥ 4-1-38 ॥
