My dear father, you know everything, and you are the controller of all. Therefore, may all that I have inquired from you be kindly instructed to me so that I may be able to understand it as your student. ।। 2-5-8 ।।

हे पिता, आप सब कुछ जाननेवाले हैं और सबों के नियन्ता हैं। अतएव मैंने आपसे जितने सारे प्रश्न किये हैं, उन्हें कृपा करके बताइये, जिससे मैं आपके शिष्य के रूप में उन्हें समझ सकूँ। ।। २-५-८ ।।
