यस्मिन् कृष्णो दिवं यातस्तस्मिन्नेव तदाहनि । प्रतिपन्नं कलियुगमिति प्राहुः पुराविदः ।। १२-२-३३ ।।

sanskrit

Those who scientifically understand the past declare that on the very day that Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa departed for the spiritual world, the influence of the Age of Kali began. ।। 12-2-33 ।।

english translation

जो लोग वैज्ञानिक रूप से अतीत को समझते हैं, वे दावा करते हैं कि जिस दिन भगवान श्रीकृष्ण आध्यात्मिक दुनिया के लिए प्रस्थान कर गए, उसी दिन कलियुग का प्रभाव शुरू हुआ। ।। १२-२-३३ ।।

yasmin kRSNo divaM yAtastasminneva tadAhani | pratipannaM kaliyugamiti prAhuH purAvidaH || 12-2-33 ||
