पाखण्डप्रचुरे धर्मे दस्युप्रायेषु राजसु । चौर्यानृतवृथाहिंसा नानावृत्तिषु वै नृषु ॥ १२-२-१३ ॥
The kings will mostly be thieves, the occupations of men will be stealing, lying and needless violence, and all the social classes will be reduced to the lowest level of śūdras. ॥ 12-2-13 ॥

राजा अधिकतर चोर होंगे, मनुष्यों का व्यवसाय चोरी, झूठ बोलना और अनावश्यक हिंसा होगा, और सभी सामाजिक वर्ग शूद्रों के निम्नतम स्तर पर आ जायेंगे। ॥ १२-२-१३ ॥
