वातरशना य ऋषयः श्रमणा ऊर्ध्वमन्थिनः । ब्रह्माख्यं धाम ते यान्ति शान्ताः सन्न्यासिनोऽमलाः ॥ ११-६-४७ ॥
Naked sages who seriously endeavor in spiritual practice, who have raised their semen upward, who are peaceful and sinless members of the renounced order, attain the spiritual abode called Brahman. ॥ 11-6-47 ॥
english translation
नग्न साधु जो गंभीरता से साधना में लगे रहते हैं, जिन्होंने अपने वीर्य को ऊपर की ओर बढ़ा लिया है, जो शांत और निष्पाप संन्यासी हैं, वे ब्रह्म नामक आध्यात्मिक निवास को प्राप्त करते हैं। ॥ ११-६-४७ ॥
