श्रुत्वा सुहृद्वधं राजन्नर्जुनात्ते पितामहाः । त्वां तु वंशधरं कृत्वा जग्मुः सर्वे महापथम् ।। ११-३१-२६ ।।

sanskrit

Hearing from Arjuna of the death of their friend, my dear King, your grandfathers established you as the maintainer of the dynasty and left to prepare for their departure from this world. ।। 11-31-26 ।।

english translation

मेरे प्रिय राजा, अपने मित्र की मृत्यु के बारे में अर्जुन से सुनकर, आपके दादाजी ने आपको वंश के संरक्षक के रूप में स्थापित किया और इस दुनिया से उनके प्रस्थान की तैयारी के लिए चले गए। ।। ११-३१-२६ ।।

य एतद्देवदेवस्य विष्णोः कर्माणि जन्म च । कीर्तयेच्छ्रद्धया मर्त्यः सर्वपापैः प्रमुच्यते ।। ११-३१-२७ ।।

sanskrit

A person who with faith engages in chanting the glories of these various pastimes and incarnations of Viṣṇu, the Lord of lords, will gain liberation from all sins. ।। 11-31-27 ।।

english translation

जो व्यक्ति आस्था के साथ देवों के देव विष्णु की इन विभिन्न लीलाओं और अवतारों की महिमा का कीर्तन करता है, उसे सभी पापों से मुक्ति मिल जाती है। ।। ११-३१-२७ ।।

ya etaddevadevasya viSNoH karmANi janma ca | kIrtayecchraddhayA martyaH sarvapApaiH pramucyate || 11-31-27 ||

इत्थं हरेर्भगवतो रुचिरावतारवीर्याणि बालचरितानि च शन्तमानि । अन्यत्र चेह च श्रुतानि गृणन् मनुष्यो भक्तिं परां परमहंसगतौ लभेत ।। ११-३१-२८ ।।

sanskrit

The all-auspicious exploits of the all-attractive incarnations of Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, and also the pastimes He performed as a child, are described in this Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam and in other scriptures. Anyone who clearly chants these descriptions of His pastimes will attain transcendental loving service unto Lord Kṛṣṇa, who is the goal of all perfect sages. ।। 11-31-28 ।।

english translation

परम पुरूषोत्तम भगवान श्रीकृष्ण के सर्व-आकर्षक अवतारों के सर्व-शुभ कारनामे और उनके द्वारा एक बच्चे के रूप में की गई लीलाओं का वर्णन इस श्रीमद-भागवतम और अन्य ग्रंथों में किया गया है। जो कोई भी उनकी लीलाओं के इन वर्णनों का स्पष्ट रूप से जप करेगा, उसे भगवान कृष्ण की दिव्य प्रेममय सेवा प्राप्त होगी, जो सभी सिद्ध संतों का लक्ष्य है। ।। ११-३१-२८ ।।

itthaM harerbhagavato rucirAvatAravIryANi bAlacaritAni ca zantamAni | anyatra ceha ca zrutAni gRNan manuSyo bhaktiM parAM paramahaMsagatau labheta || 11-31-28 ||
