बालद्विजसुहृन्मित्रपितृभ्रातृगुरुद्रुहः । न मे स्यान्निरयान्मोक्षो ह्यपि वर्षायुतायुतैः ।। १-८-४९ ।।

sanskrit

I have killed many boys, brāhmaṇas, well-wishers, friends, parents, preceptors and brothers. Though I live millions of years, I will not be relieved from the hell that awaits me for all these sins. ।। 1-8-49 ।।

english translation

मैंने अनेक बालकों, ब्राह्मणों, शुभ-चिन्तकों, मित्रों, चाचा-ताउओं, गुरुओं तथा भाइयों का वध किया है। भले ही मैं लाखों वर्षों तक जीवित रहूँ, लेकिन मैं इन सारे पापों के कारण मिलनेवाले नरक से कभी भी छुटकारा नहीं पा सकूँगा। ।। १-८-४९ ।।
