प्रायेणैतद्भगवत ईश्वरस्य विचेष्टितम् । मिथो निघ्नन्ति भूतानि भावयन्ति च यन्मिथः ।। १-१५-२४ ।।

sanskrit

Factually this is all due to the supreme will of the Lord, the Personality of Godhead. Sometimes people kill one another, and at other times they protect one another. ।। 1-15-24 ।।

english translation

वास्तव में यह सब भगवान् की इच्छा के फलस्वरूप है कि कभी-कभी लोग एक दूसरे को मार डालते हैं और कभी एक दूसरे की रक्षा करते हैं। ।। १-१५-२४ ।।
