अश्रूयन्ताशिषः सत्यास्तत्र तत्र द्विजेरिताः । नानुरूपानुरूपाश्च निर्गुणस्य गुणात्मनः ॥ १-१०-१९ ॥
It was being heard here and there that the benedictions being paid to Kṛṣṇa were neither befitting nor unbefitting because they were all for the Absolute, who was now playing the part of a human being. ॥ 1-10-19 ॥
english translation
जहाँ-तहाँ यह सुनाई पड़ रहा था कि कृष्ण को दिये गये आशीर्वाद, न तो उनके उपयुक्त हैं, न अनुपयुक्त, क्योंकि वे सब उन परम पुरुष के लिए थे जो इस समय मनुष्य की भूमिका निभा रहे थे। ॥ १-१०-१९ ॥
