हृत्पद्मपीठिकामध्ये ध्यानयज्ञेन पूजयेत् ॥ मूले नासाग्रतो नाभौ कंठे वा तालुरंध्रयोः ॥ ६१ ॥

In the middle of the lotus seat of the heart, one should worship the Lord by meditating. At the root of the nose, at the tip of the nose, in the navel, in the neck, or in the holes of the palate.

english translation

hRtpadmapIThikAmadhye dhyAnayajJena pUjayet ॥ mUle nAsAgrato nAbhau kaMThe vA tAluraMdhrayoH ॥ 61 ॥
