प्रापय्य शनकैस्तोयं पीठिकोपरि शाययेत् ॥ प्राक्शिरस्कमधःसूत्रं पिंडिकां चास्य पश्चिमे ॥ १३ ॥

After slowly bringing the water to the body, one should lie down on a bench. The lower thread of the east head and the ball on the west.

prApayya zanakaistoyaM pIThikopari zAyayet ॥ prAkziraskamadhaHsUtraM piMDikAM cAsya pazcime ॥ 13 ॥
