Shiva Purana
यस्माद्गरीयसी तस्माद्विश्वं व्याप्तमथर्वणात् ॥ ऋग्वेदः पुनराहेदं जाग्रद्रूपं मयोच्यते ॥ ३४ ॥
From the Atharva Veda the entire universe is pervaded by the Supreme Personality of Godhead. The Rig Veda again said this is the awakened form I am telling you.

yasmAdgarIyasI tasmAdvizvaM vyAptamatharvaNAt ॥ RgvedaH punarAhedaM jAgradrUpaM mayocyate ॥ 34 ॥
