Shiva Purana
ये सनाथाश्च दातारो गीतवाद्यैरुपस्थिताः ॥ ये चानाथाः परान्नादाः कालस्तेषु समक्रियः ॥ २० ॥
Kāla is impartial in its activity over those who are well guarded donors attended upon by songs and musical instruments as well as those who are helpless, living on doles.
english translation
ye sanAthAzca dAtAro gItavAdyairupasthitAH ॥ ye cAnAthAH parAnnAdAH kAlasteSu samakriyaH ॥ 20 ॥
