ततो निवेद्य पानीयं तांबूलं चोपदंशकैः ॥ नीराजनादिकं कृत्वा पूजाशेषं समापयेत् ॥ ८१ ॥
After offering water for drinking, pickles, Tāmbūla and performing the rite of Nīrājana he shall conclude the remaining rites of worship.
english translation
tato nivedya pAnIyaM tAMbUlaM copadaMzakaiH ॥ nIrAjanAdikaM kRtvA pUjAzeSaM samApayet ॥ 81 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptभोगोपयोग्यद्रव्याणि विशिष्टान्येव साधयेत् ॥ वित्तशाठ्यं न कुर्वीत भक्तिमान्विभवे सति ॥ ८२ ॥
Articles intended for the enjoyment of pleasures shall be excellent ones. The devotee shall not be stingy in spending money for this if he is fairly well to do.
english translation
bhogopayogyadravyANi viziSTAnyeva sAdhayet ॥ vittazAThyaM na kurvIta bhaktimAnvibhave sati ॥ 82 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptशठस्योपेक्षकस्यापि व्यंग्यं चैवानुतिष्ठतः ॥ न फलंत्येव कर्माणि काम्यानीति सतां कथा ॥ ८३ ॥
Good men say that the Kāmya rites of the stingy and the stubborn, the indifferent and the defaulter in some items do not yield the benefits.
english translation
zaThasyopekSakasyApi vyaMgyaM caivAnutiSThataH ॥ na phalaMtyeva karmANi kAmyAnIti satAM kathA ॥ 83 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptतस्मात्सम्यगुपेक्षां च त्यक्त्वा सर्वांगयोगतः ॥ कुर्यात्काम्यानि कर्माणि फलसिद्धिं यदीच्छति ॥ ८४ ॥
Hence if he wishes for the achievement of proper benefits he shall perform the Kāmya rites attending to all the items scrupulously and avoiding indifference.
english translation
tasmAtsamyagupekSAM ca tyaktvA sarvAMgayogataH ॥ kuryAtkAmyAni karmANi phalasiddhiM yadIcchati ॥ 84 ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptइत्थं पूजां समाप्याथ देवं देवीं प्रणम्य च ॥ भक्त्या मनस्समाधाय पश्चात्स्तोत्रमुदीरयेत् ॥ ८५ ॥
After concluding worship thus and bowing to the lord and the goddess he shall concentrate his mind with devotion and repeat eulogical hymns.
english translation
itthaM pUjAM samApyAtha devaM devIM praNamya ca ॥ bhaktyA manassamAdhAya pazcAtstotramudIrayet ॥ 85 ॥
