तस्माद्भसितमादाय विनियुंजीत मन्त्रतः ॥ कालेषूक्तेषु नान्यत्र नायोग्येभ्यः प्रदापयेत् ॥ ६० ॥

Therefore one should take the burnt offering and chant the mantra. It should not be given to those who are not worthy elsewhere at the times mentioned.

english translation

tasmAdbhasitamAdAya viniyuMjIta mantrataH ॥ kAleSUkteSu nAnyatra nAyogyebhyaH pradApayet ॥ 60 ॥
