ततो होमविशिष्टेन घृतेनापूर्य वै स्रुचम् ॥ निधाय पुष्पं तस्याग्रे श्रुवेणाधोमुखेन ताम् ॥ ३५ ॥

Then he filled the ladle with ghee prepared for the sacrificial fire. Placing the flower in front of him with his ears downwards.

tato homaviziSTena ghRtenApUrya vai srucam ॥ nidhAya puSpaM tasyAgre zruveNAdhomukhena tAm ॥ 35 ॥
