तिलेषु वा यथा तैलं दध्नि वा सर्पिरर्पितम् ॥ यथापः स्रोतसि व्याप्ता यथारण्यां हुताशनः ॥ ११ ॥
It is like oil mixed with sesame seeds or butter mixed with yogurt. Just as water permeates a stream or fire permeates a forest.

एवमेव महात्मानमात्मन्यात्मविलक्षणम् ॥ सत्येन तपसा चैव नित्ययुक्तो ऽनुपश्यति ॥ १२ ॥
Thus the great soul is distinct from the self. Ever engaged in truth and austerity he sees the Lord.

य एको जालवानीश ईशानीभिस्स्वशक्तिभिः ॥ सर्वांल्लोकानिमान् कृत्वा एक एव स ईशते १ ॥ १३ ॥
He is the lord born alone. Associated with Īśānīs, his Śaktis he creates the worlds and rules over them.

एक एव तदा रुद्रो न द्वितीयो ऽस्ति कश्चन ॥ संसृज्य विश्वभुवनं गोप्ता ते संचुकोच यः ॥ १४ ॥
He is always alone. There is none second to him. After creating the worlds he protects them and withdraws them.

विश्वतश्चक्षुरेवायमुतायं विश्वतोमुखः ॥ तथैव विश्वतोबाहुविश्वतः पादसंयुतः ॥ १५ ॥
He has eyes, faces and feet all round.
