तदुभाभ्यां भवेन्मुक्तिस्तस्माद्ध्यानरतो भवेत् ॥ द्वादशान्ते तथा मूर्ध्नि ललाटे भ्रूयुगान्तरे ॥ ५८ ॥

sanskrit

By these two processes one attains liberation, and therefore one should engage in meditation. At the end of the twelfth, on the forehead, between the eyebrows.

tadubhAbhyAM bhavenmuktistasmAddhyAnarato bhavet ॥ dvAdazAnte tathA mUrdhni lalATe bhrUyugAntare ॥ 58 ॥
