Shiva Purana
स ताम्मूर्ध्नि समाधाय विद्यां विद्यासनोपरि ॥ अधिरोप्य यथान्यायमभिवंद्य समर्चयेत् ॥ १५ ॥
The disciple shall accept it with his bent head and place the Vidyā over the scat. He shall then respectfully adore it.
english translation
sa tAmmUrdhni samAdhAya vidyAM vidyAsanopari ॥ adhiropya yathAnyAyamabhivaMdya samarcayet ॥ 15 ॥
