Shiva Purana
ततः स समयो नाम भविष्यति शिवाश्रमे ॥ लब्धाधिकारो गुर्वाज्ञापालकस्तद्वशो भवेत् ॥ ७० ॥
Thereafter the disciple will be known as Samaya in the preceptor’s hermitage. He shall carry out the behests of the preceptor and remain subservient to him.
english translation
tataH sa samayo nAma bhaviSyati zivAzrame ॥ labdhAdhikAro gurvAjJApAlakastadvazo bhavet ॥ 70 ॥
