Shiva Purana
महात्मनामनन्यानां मयि संन्यस्तचेतसाम् ॥ अष्टधा लक्षणं प्राहुर्मम धर्माधिकारिणाम् ॥ ६७ ॥
There are no other great souls whose minds are fixed on Me. They describe the eightfold characteristic of those who are entitled to My religious duties.

mahAtmanAmananyAnAM mayi saMnyastacetasAm ॥ aSTadhA lakSaNaM prAhurmama dharmAdhikAriNAm ॥ 67 ॥
