नमश्शिवाय शांताय सगणायादिहेतवे ॥ रुद्राय विष्णवे तुभ्यं ब्रह्मणे सूर्यमूर्तये ॥ ३४ ॥
Obeisance to Śiva the quiescent, the primordial cause, to Rudra accompanied by the Gaṇas; obeisance to him in the form of the sun, to Viṣṇu, to Brahmā.
