Shiva Purana
नैवास्य मानसो बंधो न चैत्तो नेंद्रियात्मकः ॥ न च तन्मात्रबंधो ऽपि भूतबंधो न कश्चन ॥ २ ॥
He is not bound by the mind or by the consciousness or by the senses There is no bondage to the self, nor is there any bondage to the beings.
english translation
naivAsya mAnaso baMdho na caitto neMdriyAtmakaH ॥ na ca tanmAtrabaMdho 'pi bhUtabaMdho na kazcana ॥ 2 ॥
