तां प्राप्तुं प्रयतंते ऽत्र जितश्वासा जितेंद्रियाः ॥ गर्भकारा गृहद्वारं निश्छिद्रं घटितुं यथा ॥ ७८ ॥

Persons who have conquered their vital breath and the sense-organs endeavour to achieve it in order to seal up the door to the prison in the form of womb.

english translation

tAM prAptuM prayataMte 'tra jitazvAsA jiteMdriyAH ॥ garbhakArA gRhadvAraM nizchidraM ghaTituM yathA ॥ 78 ॥
