एवमेषा परा शक्तिरीश्वरेच्छानुयायिनी ॥ स्थिरं चरं च यद्विश्वं सृजतीति विनिश्चयः ॥ ३० ॥

Thus this supreme energy follows the will of the Lord. It is certain that He creates the universe, both moving and stationary.
