Shiva Purana
रसनायाश्च पायोश्च रसस्यापां तथैव च ॥ ईश्वरीं वामदेवाख्यां मूर्तिं तन्निरतां विदुः ॥ १४ ॥
The devotees understand that the Mūrti Vāmadeva is the presiding deity of the tongue, anus, taste and the waters.

rasanAyAzca pAyozca rasasyApAM tathaiva ca ॥ IzvarIM vAmadevAkhyAM mUrtiM tanniratAM viduH ॥ 14 ॥
