यक्षस्य वचनं श्रुत्वा वज्रपाणिः शचीपतिः ॥ किंचित्क्रुद्धो विहस्यैनं तृणमादातुमुद्यतः ॥ ४९ ॥

sanskrit

On hearing the words of the Yakṣa, the thunderbolt-bearing consort of Śacī became infuriated. Smiling a little he attempted to take up the grass.

english translation

yakSasya vacanaM zrutvA vajrapANiH zacIpatiH ॥ kiMcitkruddho vihasyainaM tRNamAdAtumudyataH ॥ 49 ॥
