स्मृत्वा शंभुपदद्वंद्वं स्वदेहं दुग्धुमुद्यतः ॥ आग्नेयीं धारणां बिभ्रदुपमन्युरवस्थितः ॥ ३१ ॥
Remembering the duality of Lord Śambhu’s feet, he prepared to milk his body. He stood in anger holding the southern hold.

एवं व्यवसिते विप्रे भगवान्भगनेत्रहा ॥ वारयामास सौम्येन धारणां तस्य योगिनः ॥ ३२ ॥
When the brahmin attempted this, lord Śiva disguised as Śiva who destroyed the eyes of Bhaga prevented the missile of the Yogin gently.

तद्विसृष्टमघोरास्त्रं नंदीश्वरनियोगतः ॥ जगृहे मध्यतः क्षिप्तं नन्दी शंकरवल्लभः ॥ ३३ ॥
At the behest of the lord, Nandin the favourite of Śiva caught in the middle the Aghorāstra hurled by him.

स्वं रूपमेव भगवानास्थाय परमेश्वरः ॥ दर्शयामास शिप्राय बालेन्दुकृतशेखरम् ॥ ३४ ॥
Assuming his own form with the crescent moon for his crest, Lord Śiva revealed himself to the brahmin.

क्षीरार्णवसहस्रं च पीयूषार्णवमेव वा ॥ दध्यादेरर्णवांश्चैव घृतोदार्णवमेव च ॥ ३५ ॥
There may be a thousand oceans of milk or an ocean of nectar. The ocean of curd and other oceans and the ocean of ghee.
