वायुरुवाच ॥ तच्छ्रुत्वा पुत्रवचनं तन्माता च तपस्विनी ॥ व्याघ्रपादस्य महिषी दुःखमापत्तदा च सा ॥ १४ ॥

sanskrit

Vāyu said:— On hearing the words of her son, the saintly mother, the wife of Vyāghrapāda, was very much distressed.

english translation

vAyuruvAca ॥ tacchrutvA putravacanaM tanmAtA ca tapasvinI ॥ vyAghrapAdasya mahiSI duHkhamApattadA ca sA ॥ 14 ॥
