हतेषु तेषु देवेषु पतितेषुः सहस्रशः ॥ प्रविवेश गणेशानः क्षणादाहवनीयकम् ॥ ३२ ॥

When thousands of gods were killed and their bodies lay sprawled on the ground, the chief of Ganas entered the place of sacrificial fires.
