इत्युक्ते सति देवेन देवी हिमगिरीन्द्रजा ॥ भद्रं भद्रं च संप्रेक्ष्य वत्सं धेनुरिवौरसम् ॥ ४३ ॥

sanskrit

When Lord Śiva addressed Lord Śiva in this way, the goddess Durgā, born of the king of the Himalayas, He looked at the good and the good, as if he were a calf and a cow.

english translation

ityukte sati devena devI himagirIndrajA ॥ bhadraM bhadraM ca saMprekSya vatsaM dhenurivaurasam ॥ 43 ॥
