तदासीत्सुमनोवृष्टिर्मंगलायतना मुने ॥ सुप्रीता ननृतुस्तत्राप्सरसो गानतत्पराः ॥ ४१ ॥
O sage, there was an auspicious shower of flowers. The delighted celestial damsels sang and danced in joy.
english translation
जयशब्दो नमश्शब्दस्तत्रासीत्सर्वसंस्कृतः ॥ तदोत्साहो महानासीत्सर्वेषां सुखवर्धनः ॥ ४२ ॥
Everywhere loud shouts of “victory; victory”, “obeisance, obeisance” were raised. Every one’s enthusiasm was great. Everyone’s happiness was boundless.

स्थित्वा सिंहासने शंभुर्विराजाधिकं तदा ॥ सर्वैस्संसेवितोऽभीक्ष्णं विष्ण्वाद्यैश्च यथोचितम् ॥ ४३ ॥
Seated in His throne, Śiva then shone all the more. He was duly served by everyone, Lord Viṣṇu and others.
english translation
अथ सर्वे सुराद्याश्च तुष्टुवुस्तं पृथक्पृथक् ॥ अर्थ्याभिर्वाग्भिरिष्टाभिश्शकरं लोकशंकरम् ॥ ४४ ॥
All the devas eulogised Śiva, the benefactor of the world, with words pleasing of nature and pregnant with meaning.
english translation
प्रसन्नात्मा स्तुतिं श्रुत्वा तेषां कामान्ददौ शिवः ॥ मनोभिलषितान्प्रीत्या वरान्सर्वेश्वरः प्रभुः॥४५॥
On hearing their hymns of praise Śiva was highly delighted and granted their wishes. He, the lord of all, lovingly fulfilled their cherished desires.
