विलिखेन्मध्यतस्तस्य बिन्दुकण्ठे स्वलंकृतम् ॥ तद्बाह्यपंक्तित्रितये पूर्वादिपरितः क्रमात् ॥ २१ ॥

कोष्ठानि पंच गृह्रीयाद्गिरिराजसुते शिवे ॥ मध्ये तु कर्णिकां कुर्यात्पीतां रक्तं च वृत्तकम्॥ २२॥
O auspicious daughter of the king of the mountains one should take five cells In the middle of the earrings one should make a yellow and red circle.

दलानि रक्तवर्णानि कल्पयेत्कल्पवित्तमः॥ दलबाह्ये तु कृष्णेन रंध्राणि परिपूरयेत्॥ २३॥
The most excellent of the knowers of the rules shall make the leaves red in colour. Outside the leaves the cavities shall be filled with black colour.

आग्नेयादीनि चत्वारि शुक्लेनैव प्रपूरयेत्॥ पूर्वे षड्बिन्दुसहितं षट्कोणं कृष्णमालिखेत्॥ २४॥
The south-east square and others, four in number, shall be filled with white paint. With six Bindus a six-sided figure shall be drawn in black in the east.

रक्तवर्णं दक्षिणतस्त्रिकोणं चोत्तरे ततः॥ श्वेताभमर्द्धचन्द्रं च पीतवर्णं च पश्चिमे ॥ २५॥
To the south it shall be painted red. In the north a triangle is painted in white. In the west a crescent moon is painted in yellow.
