दलानि रक्तवर्णानि कल्पयेत्कल्पवित्तमः॥ दलबाह्ये तु कृष्णेन रंध्राणि परिपूरयेत्॥ २३॥

The most excellent of the knowers of the rules shall make the leaves red in colour. Outside the leaves the cavities shall be filled with black colour.

english translation

dalAni raktavarNAni kalpayetkalpavittamaH॥ dalabAhye tu kRSNena raMdhrANi paripUrayet॥ 23॥
