पत्नी॑वन्तः सु॒ता इ॒म उ॒शन्तो॑ यन्ति वी॒तये॑ । अ॒पां जग्मि॑र्निचुम्पु॒णः ॥ पत्नीवन्तः सुता इम उशन्तो यन्ति वीतये । अपां जग्मिर्निचुम्पुणः ॥

sanskrit

These Soma-libations with their wives proceed (to Indra) longing to be drunk; the stale Soma, pleasing to the taste, goes to the waters.

english translation

patnI॑vantaH su॒tA i॒ma u॒zanto॑ yanti vI॒taye॑ । a॒pAM jagmi॑rnicumpu॒NaH ॥ patnIvantaH sutA ima uzanto yanti vItaye । apAM jagmirnicumpuNaH ॥
