न॒ह्य१॒॑न्यं ब॒ळाक॑रं मर्डि॒तारं॑ शतक्रतो । त्वं न॑ इन्द्र मृळय ॥ नह्यन्यं बळाकरं मर्डितारं शतक्रतो । त्वं न इन्द्र मृळय ॥
Other than you, Śatakratu, I know no bestower of happiness; Indra, do you make us happy.
english translation
यो न॒: शश्व॑त्पु॒रावि॒थामृ॑ध्रो॒ वाज॑सातये । स त्वं न॑ इन्द्र मृळय ॥ यो नः शश्वत्पुराविथामृध्रो वाजसातये । स त्वं न इन्द्र मृळय ॥
O you, the invulnerable, who have always in former times protected us for the battle, do you, Indra,make us happy.
english translation
किम॒ङ्ग र॑ध्र॒चोद॑नः सुन्वा॒नस्या॑वि॒तेद॑सि । कु॒वित्स्वि॑न्द्र ण॒: शक॑: ॥ किमङ्ग रध्रचोदनः सुन्वानस्यावितेदसि । कुवित्स्विन्द्र णः शकः ॥
Director of the worshipper, you are the guardian of the offerer; help us mightily.
english translation
इन्द्र॒ प्र णो॒ रथ॑मव प॒श्चाच्चि॒त्सन्त॑मद्रिवः । पु॒रस्ता॑देनं मे कृधि ॥ इन्द्र प्र णो रथमव पश्चाच्चित्सन्तमद्रिवः । पुरस्तादेनं मे कृधि ॥
Indra, protect our chariot; though now left behind, set it in the front, O thunderer.
english translation
हन्तो॒ नु किमा॑ससे प्रथ॒मं नो॒ रथं॑ कृधि । उ॒प॒मं वा॑ज॒यु श्रव॑: ॥ हन्तो नु किमाससे प्रथमं नो रथं कृधि । उपमं वाजयु श्रवः ॥
Up, why sit you still? Make our chariot the first; our food-seeking offering is near you.
