शी॒रं पा॑व॒कशो॑चिषं॒ ज्येष्ठो॒ यो दमे॒ष्वा । दी॒दाय॑ दीर्घ॒श्रुत्त॑मः ॥ शीरं पावकशोचिषं ज्येष्ठो यो दमेष्वा । दीदाय दीर्घश्रुत्तमः ॥
(Praise him) the dweller in the sacrifice, of purifying radiance, who shines, the chief of the gods andomniscient, in the house (of the sacrificers).

zI॒raM pA॑va॒kazo॑ciSaM॒ jyeSTho॒ yo dame॒SvA । dI॒dAya॑ dIrgha॒zrutta॑maH ॥ zIraM pAvakazociSaM jyeSTho yo dameSvA । dIdAya dIrghazruttamaH ॥

O priest, glorify him, who is welcome and strong as a horse, and who like a friend conquers all foes.

tamarva॑ntaM॒ na sA॑na॒siM gR॑NI॒hi vi॑pra zu॒SmiNa॑m । mi॒traM na yA॑ta॒yajja॑nam ॥ tamarvantaM na sAnasiM gRNIhi vipra zuSmiNam । mitraM na yAtayajjanam ॥

The sister praises of the worshipper rise to you, proclaiming your glories; they stand kindling you in the presence of Vāyu.

upa॑ tvA jA॒mayo॒ giro॒ dedi॑zatIrhavi॒SkRta॑: । vA॒yoranI॑ke asthiran ॥ upa tvA jAmayo giro dedizatIrhaviSkRtaH । vAyoranIke asthiran ॥
hk transliteration by Sanscriptयस्य॑ त्रि॒धात्ववृ॑तं ब॒र्हिस्त॒स्थावसं॑दिनम् । आप॑श्चि॒न्नि द॑धा प॒दम् ॥ यस्य त्रिधात्ववृतं बर्हिस्तस्थावसंदिनम् । आपश्चिन्नि दधा पदम् ॥
The waters find their plural ce in him, for whom the triple-jointed grass is spread unlimited and untied (inthe sacrifice).

yasya॑ tri॒dhAtvavR॑taM ba॒rhista॒sthAvasaM॑dinam । Apa॑zci॒nni da॑dhA pa॒dam ॥ yasya tridhAtvavRtaM barhistasthAvasaMdinam । Apazcinni dadhA padam ॥

Auspicious is the plural ce of the god who pours forth all desires with his inviolable protections; auspiciousis his appearance like the Sun's.
