अना॑गसो॒ अदि॑तये दे॒वस्य॑ सवि॒तुः स॒वे । विश्वा॑ वा॒मानि॑ धीमहि ॥ अनागसो अदितये देवस्य सवितुः सवे । विश्वा वामानि धीमहि ॥
Let us be void of offence towards Aditi, according to the will of the divine Savitā; may we be possessed of all-desired (riches).
english translation
आ वि॒श्वदे॑वं॒ सत्प॑तिं सू॒क्तैर॒द्या वृ॑णीमहे । स॒त्यस॑वं सवि॒तार॑म् ॥ आ विश्वदेवं सत्पतिं सूक्तैरद्या वृणीमहे । सत्यसवं सवितारम् ॥
We glorify today with hymns Savitā, the protector of the good, the observer of truth (identical with) all the gods.
english translation
य इ॒मे उ॒भे अह॑नी पु॒र एत्यप्र॑युच्छन् । स्वा॒धीर्दे॒वः स॑वि॒ता ॥ य इमे उभे अहनी पुर एत्यप्रयुच्छन् । स्वाधीर्देवः सविता ॥
The divine object of meditation, Savitā, who ever vigilant, precedes both night and day.
english translation
य इ॒मा विश्वा॑ जा॒तान्या॑श्रा॒वय॑ति॒ श्लोके॑न । प्र च॑ सु॒वाति॑ सवि॒ता ॥ य इमा विश्वा जातान्याश्रावयति श्लोकेन । प्र च सुवाति सविता ॥
Savitā, who proclaims his glory to all these living beings, and gives them life.
