यम॑ग्ने वाजसातम॒ त्वं चि॒न्मन्य॑से र॒यिम् । तं नो॑ गी॒र्भिः श्र॒वाय्यं॑ देव॒त्रा प॑नया॒ युज॑म् ॥ यमग्ने वाजसातम त्वं चिन्मन्यसे रयिम् । तं नो गीर्भिः श्रवाय्यं देवत्रा पनया युजम् ॥
That (sacrificial) wealth, Agni, bounteous giver of food, of which you approve, and which deserves to be commanded by our praises, do you convey to the gods.
english translation
ये अ॑ग्ने॒ नेरय॑न्ति ते वृ॒द्धा उ॒ग्रस्य॒ शव॑सः । अप॒ द्वेषो॒ अप॒ ह्वरो॒ऽन्यव्र॑तस्य सश्चिरे ॥ ये अग्ने नेरयन्ति ते वृद्धा उग्रस्य शवसः । अप द्वेषो अप ह्वरोऽन्यव्रतस्य सश्चिरे ॥
May those prosperous men who do not offer oblations to you become destitute of great strength, and may (the followers) of other (than Vaidika) observances incur (your) enmity and punishment.
english translation
होता॑रं त्वा वृणीम॒हेऽग्ने॒ दक्ष॑स्य॒ साध॑नम् । य॒ज्ञेषु॑ पू॒र्व्यं गि॒रा प्रय॑स्वन्तो हवामहे ॥ होतारं त्वा वृणीमहेऽग्ने दक्षस्य साधनम् । यज्ञेषु पूर्व्यं गिरा प्रयस्वन्तो हवामहे ॥
We, Prayasvats, have recourse to you, the invoker (of the gods), the means of strength; we glorify you first at sacrifices with praise.
english translation
इ॒त्था यथा॑ त ऊ॒तये॒ सह॑सावन्दि॒वेदि॑वे । रा॒य ऋ॒ताय॑ सुक्रतो॒ गोभि॑: ष्याम सध॒मादो॑ वी॒रैः स्या॑म सध॒माद॑: ॥ इत्था यथा त ऊतये सहसावन्दिवेदिवे । राय ऋताय सुक्रतो गोभिः ष्याम सधमादो वीरैः स्याम सधमादः ॥
Possessor of strength, day by day so (provide) that we may enjoy your protection; doer of good deeds, may we (be deserving) of wealth through sacrifice, and may we be happy with cattle, happy with male descendants.
