उषो॒ वाजे॑न वाजिनि॒ प्रचे॑ता॒: स्तोमं॑ जुषस्व गृण॒तो म॑घोनि । पु॒रा॒णी दे॑वि युव॒तिः पुरं॑धि॒रनु॑ व्र॒तं च॑रसि विश्ववारे ॥ उषो वाजेन वाजिनि प्रचेताः स्तोमं जुषस्व गृणतो मघोनि । पुराणी देवि युवतिः पुरंधिरनु व्रतं चरसि विश्ववारे ॥
Affluent Uṣas, giver of sustenance, possessed of intelligence, be propitiated by the praise of him who lauds you, (and worships) with (sacrificial) food; divine Uṣas, adored by all, who (though) ancient are (still) young, the object of manifold worship, you are present at the recurring (morning) rite.
english translation
उषो॑ दे॒व्यम॑र्त्या॒ वि भा॑हि च॒न्द्रर॑था सू॒नृता॑ ई॒रय॑न्ती । आ त्वा॑ वहन्तु सु॒यमा॑सो॒ अश्वा॒ हिर॑ण्यवर्णां पृथु॒पाज॑सो॒ ये ॥ उषो देव्यमर्त्या वि भाहि चन्द्ररथा सूनृता ईरयन्ती । आ त्वा वहन्तु सुयमासो अश्वा हिरण्यवर्णां पृथुपाजसो ये ॥
Uṣas, who are divine and immortal, mounted in a golden chariot, do you shine radiant causing to be head the sounds of truth; may your vigorous and well-trained horses bring you, who are golden-haired, (hither).
english translation
उष॑: प्रती॒ची भुव॑नानि॒ विश्वो॒र्ध्वा ति॑ष्ठस्य॒मृत॑स्य के॒तुः । स॒मा॒नमर्थं॑ चरणी॒यमा॑ना च॒क्रमि॑व नव्य॒स्या व॑वृत्स्व ॥ उषः प्रतीची भुवनानि विश्वोर्ध्वा तिष्ठस्यमृतस्य केतुः । समानमर्थं चरणीयमाना चक्रमिव नव्यस्या ववृत्स्व ॥
Uṣas, who spread over all the regions, you abide on high, the ensign of the immortal (sun), purposing to travel the same road, repeatedly turn back over new, (revolving) like a wheel.
english translation
अव॒ स्यूमे॑व चिन्व॒ती म॒घोन्यु॒षा या॑ति॒ स्वस॑रस्य॒ पत्नी॑ । स्व१॒॑र्जन॑न्ती सु॒भगा॑ सु॒दंसा॒ आन्ता॑द्दि॒वः प॑प्रथ॒ आ पृ॑थि॒व्याः ॥ अव स्यूमेव चिन्वती मघोन्युषा याति स्वसरस्य पत्नी । स्वर्जनन्ती सुभगा सुदंसा आन्ताद्दिवः पप्रथ आ पृथिव्याः ॥
The opulent Uṣas, the bride of the far-darting (sun), throwing off (darkness) like a garment, proceeds; diffusing her own (lustre), auspicious, promoting sacred acts, she is renowned to the ends, she is renowned to the ends of the heaven and of the earth.

अच्छा॑ वो दे॒वीमु॒षसं॑ विभा॒तीं प्र वो॑ भरध्वं॒ नम॑सा सुवृ॒क्तिम् । ऊ॒र्ध्वं म॑धु॒धा दि॒वि पाजो॑ अश्रे॒त्प्र रो॑च॒ना रु॑रुचे र॒ण्वसं॑दृक् ॥ अच्छा वो देवीमुषसं विभातीं प्र वो भरध्वं नमसा सुवृक्तिम् । ऊर्ध्वं मधुधा दिवि पाजो अश्रेत्प्र रोचना रुरुचे रण्वसंदृक् ॥
Offer, with your prostrations, due praise to the divine Uṣas, shining upon yoou; the repository of sweetness manifests her brightness aloft in the sky, and radiant and lovely lights the regions.
