रो॒हिच्छ्या॒वा सु॒मदं॑शुर्लला॒मीर्द्यु॒क्षा रा॒य ऋ॒ज्राश्व॑स्य । वृष॑ण्वन्तं॒ बिभ्र॑ती धू॒र्षु रथं॑ म॒न्द्रा चि॑केत॒ नाहु॑षीषु वि॒क्षु ॥ रोहिच्छ्यावा सुमदंशुर्ललामीर्द्युक्षा राय ऋज्राश्वस्य । वृषण्वन्तं बिभ्रती धूर्षु रथं मन्द्रा चिकेत नाहुषीषु विक्षु ॥
The red and black coursers, long-limbed, well-caparisoned, and celestial, an dharnessed, well-plural ased, to the yoke of the chariot in which the showerer of benefits is conveyed, for the enrichment of Ṛjrāśva, an dis recognized amongst human hosts.
english translation
ए॒तत्त्यत्त॑ इन्द्र॒ वृष्ण॑ उ॒क्थं वा॑र्षागि॒रा अ॒भि गृ॑णन्ति॒ राध॑: । ऋ॒ज्राश्व॒: प्रष्टि॑भिरम्ब॒रीष॑: स॒हदे॑वो॒ भय॑मानः सु॒राधा॑: ॥ एतत्त्यत्त इन्द्र वृष्ण उक्थं वार्षागिरा अभि गृणन्ति राधः । ऋज्राश्वः प्रष्टिभिरम्बरीषः सहदेवो भयमानः सुराधाः ॥
Indra, showerer (of benefits), the Vārṣāgirās, Ṛjrāśva and his companions, Ambariṣa, Sahadeva, Bhayamāna, and Surādhās, address to you this propitiatory praise.

दस्यू॒ञ्छिम्यूँ॑श्च पुरुहू॒त एवै॑र्ह॒त्वा पृ॑थि॒व्यां शर्वा॒ नि ब॑र्हीत् । सन॒त्क्षेत्रं॒ सखि॑भिः श्वि॒त्न्येभि॒: सन॒त्सूर्यं॒ सन॑द॒पः सु॒वज्र॑: ॥ दस्यूञ्छिम्यूँश्च पुरुहूत एवैर्हत्वा पृथिव्यां शर्वा नि बर्हीत् । सनत्क्षेत्रं सखिभिः श्वित्न्येभिः सनत्सूर्यं सनदपः सुवज्रः ॥
Indra, who is invoked by many, attended by the moving (Maruts), having attacked the Dasyus and the Śimyus, slew them with his thunderbolt; the thunderer then divided the fields with his white-complexioned friends, and rescued the sun and set free the water.

वि॒श्वाहेन्द्रो॑ अधिव॒क्ता नो॑ अ॒स्त्वप॑रिह्वृताः सनुयाम॒ वाज॑म् । तन्नो॑ मि॒त्रो वरु॑णो मामहन्ता॒मदि॑ति॒: सिन्धु॑: पृथि॒वी उ॒त द्यौः ॥ विश्वाहेन्द्रो अधिवक्ता नो अस्त्वपरिह्वृताः सनुयाम वाजम् । तन्नो मित्रो वरुणो मामहन्तामदितिः सिन्धुः पृथिवी उत द्यौः ॥
May Indra be daily our vindicator, and may we, with undiverted course, enjoy (abundant) food; and may Mitra, Varuṇa, Aditi--ocean, earth and heaven, preserve it to us.
