सेनाग्रगा मन्त्रिसुताः किङ्करा रावणात्मजः । एते हनुमता तत्र ह्येकेन वितिपातिताः ॥ 7-35-6 ॥
"The leaders of the army, the sons of the ministers, the kinkaras, and the son of Ravana — all these were struck down there by Hanuman alone."
english translation
भूयो बन्धाद्विमुक्तेन भाषयित्वा दशाननम् । लङ्का भस्मीकृता येन पावकेनेव मेदिनी ॥ 7-35-7 ॥
It was by him, set free again from his bondage and having spoken his words to Ravana, that Lanka was reduced to ashes, just as the earth is consumed by fire.
english translation
न कालस्य न शक्रस्य न विष्णोर्वित्तपस्य च । कर्माणि तानि श्रूयन्ते यानि युद्धे हनूमतः ॥ 7-35-8 ॥
Such deeds as are heard of Hanuman in battle belong neither to Kala (Death), nor to Indra, nor to Vishnu, nor to Kubera, the lord of wealth.
english translation
एतस्य बाहुवीर्येण लङ्का सीता च लक्ष्मणः । प्राप्ता मया जयश्चैव राज्यं मित्राणि बान्धवाः ॥ 7-35-9 ॥
It was through the might of this one's arms that Lanka, Sita, and Lakshmana were gained by me, and victory too, and my kingdom, my friends, and my kinsmen.
english translation
हनूमान्यदि मे नः स्याद्वानराधिपतेः सखा । प्रवृत्तिमपि को वेत्तुं जानक्याः शक्तिमान्भवेत् ॥ 7-35-10 ॥
If Hanuman, the friend of Sugriva the lord of the vanaras, had not been ours, who would have been able even to learn the whereabouts of Janaki?
